Creating a Simple Database

Task :

Create a simple database using Microsoft Access. Call it names.mdb.

It should contain a single table of the format shown below. The ID field should be made the primary key and it should be of autonumber data type.

Instructions :

• Create a new table (using the design view feature).
• The data entry may be made easier by using a form.
